5271 sayılı CMK. nun 236/3. madde hükmüne aykırı olarak, mağdur çocuğun dinlenmesi sırasında psikoloji, psikiyatri, tıp veya eğitim alanında uzman bir kişinin bulundurulması gerektiğinin gözetilmemesi, BOZMAYI gerektirmiştir.
