Confused about Inheritance Laws

My husband is Turkish with British nationality and İ am British with Turkish nationality.We have no children. We both have one living parent and siblings. We are preparing a will as we live in Turkey and have property here.

Our cash is in a joint account so we presume if one of us died the cash would belong in full to the surviving mate.

Our property which is still being built will be put in both our names.

So my questıons are:

1. İf one of us died without a will who would inherit our property?

2. İf we both died together without a will who would inherit?

3. İf we made a will would it ensure all our wishes are abided by? Who could claim part of the inheritance under the reserved portion legislation? Would my UK relatives be able to claim reserved portion?

İ would much appreciate any replies to shed light on the matter. Thanks in advance.

Regarding your problem about inheritance Law , please be informed that English Inheritance shall be applied ın Turkey.

In case of death of any of the parties ( you or your husband) the other party will be the inheritor automatically.

However to be on the safe side I advise you to make a will as quick as possible in UK.
