Enforcing Foreign Judgments

Can anyone assist me with information about enforcing the judgment of a foreign court (ie Australia) in Turkey? Is there any recognition of the orders of other courts (foreign) in the Turkish legal system?

The enforcement and/or recognition of a foreign award or judgement of another country in Turkey is possible.
The process is regulated by the Code of Procedural Private International Law (CPPIL).The one who is seeking a recognition or enforcement should apply for the court of First Instance where the other party is resident or dwells, if not , to the İstanbul , Ankara or İzmir Courts. The process is subject to such conditions:
-The Award shall not be in contravention with the Turkish Public Policy
-There must be reciprocity between the Turkey and the Country the Judgement was rendered
-The judgement ought not breach the mandatory rules of competence binds Turkish jurisdiction
-Turkish conflict of Laws must have been applied for the Turkish citizen regarding the cases of personality and the enforcement process were not objected so.
