Next Step - Inheriting Property

Hello. I have an interesting situation. My grandmother would like to leave some property in Turkey to me. However, she is no longer a Turkish Citizen.

**There are no other family members to worry about receiving a title or rights to the property.

**In the past, she tried to sell the property, however, there was so much red-tape that she could not do it.

**A Turkish friend of ours looked into helping us. He said it was very difficult to find someone honest when doing this.

**Grandmother cannot go to the Turkish consulate office due to travel length.


Question #1)What can we do to transfer this property / ownership to my name?

Question #3) I may need some help with someone with integrity who specializes in this. Where can I begin my search?
