I experienced a parasailing accident whilst on holiday in Turkey last year - I am trying to pursue compensation for damages as I have had extensive dental / surgical procedures.

We seem to be having great difficulty in tracking down the water sports company.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what action should be taken.

First of all you I want you to be well aware of the fact that your alleged claims are subject to such statute of limitations in Turkish Law which should not be missed, since in case of the contrary you may lose your rights to remedy.As regards the Torts liability (1) year period that is necessary for the filing of an action for compensation embarks upon the date of the injury taken place.
