Will the "noter" notarize my signature only without having the document translated

I need to have my signature notarized on a legal document from USA. The document is giving my brother limited Power of Attorney to sell my deceased mothers real estate. Will the "noter" notarize my signature only without having the document translated?

Even if it might be accepted; the Registration House would best comly with an authorised translation of the Notery Public Authorisation. Also, just think with basic logic and consider that the registration officials may not be competent enough to confirm the English and American registered/authorised notery public documents.

An honest advise; Prepare the limited authorisation at the Turkish Consulate in Turkish in your/closest state, in order to prevent any further documentary requests and any kind of confusals.
