Power of attorney for the Turkish advocate
whether the power of attorney for the Turkish advocate to conduct the case before the Turkish court, shall also require the authorization to download the amounts awarded?

İf you mean the collection of the amount to be granted via the Court Decision, no it is not a prerequisite for a power of attorney ; it is just an authority inherently owned by the client and is a matter of will whether this authority shall be assigned to the Attorney.
