Compensation and Benefits

Hello everybody!

First, thanks for this forum that's a so great idea.

I'm looking for informations about the turkish remuneration. That's mean, the income's composition, bonus (how does it work in Turkey, number...), Payment in kind (rent, transportation...) and the managers' remuneration.

I know that's quite technical but I don't find anything on the web in english about it.

I read that there is something about it ine the Turkish Income Tax Law, maybe someone have an english link to this law?

Do you mean income thus including taxes, benefits, allowances?
Pension scheme and various insurances? If you state a bit clearer we might help you.
