by transferring the right of a bond guarantee to a third party, would all the possible legal cases related to the bond guarantee also be transferred to the third party in the Turkish court.

Dear Assan,
In case the "bond guarantee" was issued as "transferable", it can be assigned to a third party and thus any claims arising from which should be sought by him; since the adressee is considered to have given consent such a transaction due to the assignability of the bond.
Furthermore, whether it is a transferable bond of guarantee or not, the rights stemming from which (not the bond itself) may also be assigned to a third party. Yet , the third party can merely claim the assigned rights from the adressee provided that the original beneficiary has informed of the adressee on the assignment and issued a due written petition for damages.
