Military Service

What does Turkish law say about lying to the military for the purpose of avoiding military service?. The Turkish individual in question lived in the UK for 5 years claiming to be studying in the university, however, in the 5 years he lived outside of Turkey, he took only a couple of English as a second language courses and that's it. He neither worked nor did he obtain any diploma, he was just a rich kid who made fun of his fellow Turkish men who served their full period. Is there a stature of limitation for this crime?.

Both Turkish Constutution and other Turkish codes state that millitary service is mandotary for male Turkish citizens. On the other misinforming the authoroties is considered as a crime according to Turkish Criminal Code.
