Maintenance Payments
I am a dual national and was divorced from my Turkish husband nearly one year ago. At the time of the divorce we made a private verbal agreement with regards to maintenance for our child, one year of age at the time, i was awarded full custody. Since the divorce my ex husband has not fullfilled his promise and approximately only £200 for a year has been paid by him. Even though there is no written instruction from the court is there any way that i can demand that he pays maintenance? If not is there any way that i can go back to the courts and have the custody (every sunday and the second days of Bayrams) taken away from him? Also he has recently been making threats towards me and my safety is there any way that i can have an injunction order put on him?
