civil code regulations, which was in force in 2010

I'm looking for the full text of the Turkish Civil Code, which was in force in 2010. Can I ask you to send me it to my E-mail adress: joanna.e.j.s@gmail.com, please. I very need it at Monday 4 june. I would also appreciate any information about: 1)DEDUCTION in turkish civil law (it's a situation when debtor is also creditor his creditor. Parties can agree that they mutually reduce a part of their debts to the amount of the lower sum)- were any regulations about deduction in turkish civil law in 2010? 2) Form of the legal action between entrepreneurs (private business entity, who have form of the commercial company)- Would the legal action between entrepreneurs be valid if it had only oral form and it happened in 2010?
