Not getting bought merchandise from Turkey
I am an Egyptian importer of auto parts. I made a deal with a Turkish exporter. I transferred the deposit to the exporter's bank and got no goods in return. I do not have anything to prove my case except a bank swift. What can I do?

Dear Konuk,
As you have mentioned there is not a written purchase agreement between you and the other firm, you may claim restitution through general provisions of Turkish Law of obligations; Specifically of those "debts arising from unjustifiable enrichment". A Turkish Attorney may provide you the legal aid and other information necessary. |
