What's the right on my wife in Turkey

I am married with a Turkish woman. and she already request the devoice from the court without real reasons, I just was a way in one month to the work in other area. when I back I saw her did this, and she tell them I am also want this. What I should to do for tell the court that I am not request this too. But the court is not yet contact me.

If your wife has just causes for divorce, the court will accept her request. The court has to service your wife’s petition for divorce to you at first. When you have been serviced your wife’s petition formally, you may give your answers and your objections in writing to the court within two weeks after service. And you must submit your list of evidences including witnesses which supports your answers within these two weeks. But I advise you to contact a private attorney without delay. Because there are many other details which are important.
