Establishing Ltd Company as Foreigner on Teaching Visa

I am a long term resident of Turkey and have been teaching at a university in Istanbul for 20 years. My residence permit is through the university. I am married to a Turkish citizen but have never taken citizenship because we can't afford for me to give up my "foreign specialist" income. My husband is a design professional whose income fluctuates dramatically.

I have been talking with someone about setting up a Limited company.

Can I set up a company while my residence is officially through the university?

At first we need Apostilled passport than residence permit and one photo
