Bill of exchange

We are in possession of several bills of exchange issued by a Turkish
company to our favour. We would like to have information what we have
to respect in case we want to draw these bills, especially point of view
procedure, time limits etc.

probable TEDIYE. Drawing a bill of exchange means cashing this document
at a bank.

If you have a due date for your bills of exchange on it, you have to
respect this date. If it does not include a due date, you can draw it in 1
year which begins from the date that it is signed(prepared).

If you have a due date for your bills of exchange, after not paying on this
date, you should draw a non - payment protest in two days time which
begins from the due date.
