Varsayılan Turkish Company did not deliver Products ordered

We ordered products from 2 Turkish companies...paid them a downpayment and progress payments but they never delviered the product and are now refusing to refund the money. What can be done to either force them to deliver the products we ordered and paid for or return the money?

You have more than one recourses of law to have in such a case that the purchaser is not delivered the product by the supplier.

The way that I would suggest you to follow is sending a notice to the supplier by notary as,

-granting him/her a certain time like 3 or 5 days to deliver the product,

or

-notifying that you are receding from the contract as demanding the cost you paid back.

In case of any refusal or silence, you can go to the bailiff's office as bringing forward a bill and the receipt to start the enforcement proceedings.

The consumers may, furthermore, apply to the consumer arbitration commissions founded within the governors' offices in any case concerning the products that priced less than 724,99 TL.

I'd like to write a longer message, however it's not possible to get informed properly regarding the issue from your couple of sentences.

Hope this message helps,

Best wishes.

In order to be able to answer your question, I need to know if there is any written contract between you, the delivery place, and in which country your company (the buyer) has been registered.

dear konuk

what Iwould suggest you is to bring an action in turkish courts to legally force them for refund with legal interest or deliver the goods as you are entitled.
it is important to act quickly. if you have a written contract between you and seller it is going to speed up the process.
