Can someone please give me some advice. I have had a property in turkey for the past 4 years. Our villa is one of six proposed on the site.
The house next to ours has been resold and the new owners informed me that they are going to take a section of our Garden. They plan to bulldoze the walls and rip the garden out, then rebuild another wall to give them additional patio/garden area around their pool.
Can anyone advise if this is even legal?
