I am a forigner married to a turkish man and we have one baby girl,i wnted to ask incase of divorce god forbid, to whom the turkish law is giving the rights to keep the baby?

since the child is only a baby ,this means he/she needs his mother's attention more
so usually the judge decides to give the baby to his mother
but there are of course some other conditions which will change this decission
such as the morality of the mother,alcohol or other addictions,economic conditions etc.
