where can i find these laws

First of all, thank you very much for all of the help that you have given to
me. I am trying to find the written Turkish laws that explain those
situations that you gave me. You said that they are relevant acts where I
can find them. Do you have any idea what acts they are decreed in?

The incidents are not limited to my examples in the previous message.
They were just a few examples. Therefore it is not easy to list all the acts
that decree the rule we are talking. But the examples that I have
mentioned can be found at "Hukuk Muhakemeleri Usulü Kanunu" for money
transaction proof rule, "Medeni Kanun" & "Borclar Kanunu" for marriage,
tastament and real estate agreements.

You can find all of them in many web sites including this one. But the
problem is they are in Turkish! I dont think this will help you much, but
unfortunately I dont know any resources which serve them in English. And
frankly I dont think they are available in English anywhere either. Sorry
bad news..
