Procedure For Starting A Claim- Police?

I am reseaching Turkish law as I have a case that requires me to find out how to go about filing a claim with the police. would very much appreciate any information about where to start.

The answer varies due to the claim you are seeking.Will it be a compensation claim or a penal law related one?In the first case you should apply for the Administrative Courts in case of the contested treatment of the police relates to a general lapse of administrative services ; on the contrary if the case relates to a personal fault you may seek compensation through the general courts.

If the issue regards a penal aspect, the public prosecutors are in charge.
