Limitation Date For Accident Claim

My client was injured when on holiday in Turkey. He went on an excursion white water rafting and was injured as a result of the guides negligence. What is the relevant Limitation Date for any action he were to bring in Turkey?

İf you are to depend on the contractual liability of the defendants on the basis of your claims then the limitation period should be 10 years from the date of injury.
