the language used in law

the main question i want to ask what is necessary in law language..i mean the choose of words,pronouns,adjectives..etc..what are the importance of them ..what if we dont use them necessarily? my project is law languge..i hope you help me..i will be waiting ..

The law has its own pecularities, especially of its linguistic nature.Several words and phrases are a "must" to use in law, without which the claim cannot be truly formulated.

Although the Judge is ettitled to interpret the language used by the applicants and charged to implement the law ex officio, the wording of the law is of a particular importance.The claim or defence may be overruled or deemed as irrelevant in a wrong expression or in a lingusitic mistake.
