I am a 50 year old woman from Baku and was married to a Turk on January 20, 2003 and have a Harici passport from my husband. If I divorce from him now, will I lose my Turkish citizenship, Turkish last name, and Harici passport? Will I have to return to Baku? How long will I have to wait until I can remarry again.
