iam an english woman hoping to marry a turkish man this year, i have heard so many conflicting stories about the 300 day waiting period after divorce. can some one tell me do i have to wait or not. I know what legal documents i need from eng etc but do i have to wait or not. lots of different web sites say i do and on reading a reply to a lady from the us i understood as long as i have the legal documentaion under my own law (english) i dont have to wait. please can some one clarify this for me. thanks.
