hi, i'm just a law school student thus the answer can be wrong. i just write this because of there is no answer. if he sue to case to prevent your travelling; the excuse would be paramount benefit of the child. it should grow in UK because there are more oppurtunities etc. then, judge will consider that and decides whether it is necessary or not. shortly sure, he can but it depends on discretion of judge.
