I have a question as follows:

Is it possible, to get a credit by a Turkish Bank and to register a mortgage on the property of a third person - of course with his/her approval? In Germany it is possible to have such kind of so-called "Third-person-security". Is it the same in Turkey or the debtor and security provider have to be the same person?
