My questions. When my husband's aunt dies, through Turkish law it seems 50% of her assets go to her sister and brother (both in their 80s). I have no idea what kind of assets she has, I'm just asking for technical reasons.

When the uncle dies, how will his estate be shared out? He has at least one brother, and a son. He is uncle-by-marriage (enişte) How will that work?
