Thanks for your response,i have been out of town for a few days and just received your message.i know it sounds like a quiz question , but it is true.i have still been in contact with him over the last few months,i have copies of all of our conversations,also copies of our wire transfers for the money.in our deal he was supposed to take care of deregestration and export of the aircraft in turkey, we were going to take care of regestration with f.a.a. in u.s. and pay shipping.i think from our conversations he is a dealer for some type of aircraft, but we paid him in his personal name. if this sounds like something that needs to be handeld in Turkey would you be interested in taking the case or know someone who would? also i do not know how much time i have to file something against him. thank you very much, gary. p.s. I think sometimes i place to much trust in peoples word and sometimes it gets me into trouble like this.
