i am having problems with my apartment in turkey which i brought in 2006 ,every time it rains i am flooded ,the property-builder tryed to put this right last summer ,but still it floods ,and now he is not answering my emails,i am living in the uk ,and dont know what rights i have regrading the guarantee of the building ,please can you help me shirley
