I own an appartment in Turkey and the sizes of the appartments int the buildings are different. How do you find the correct maintenance to pay for the different sizes?
Some appartments do not have acess to the elevator. If the maintenance is divided equal between the appartments, do the appartmenst not having acess to the elevator need to pay for this? Do you have the prinsiple of "minor protection" in the turkisch law?
