Varsayılan Changes to Owning a Company for Military Zone Properties

We are British and own a property in a military zone area. We did this after forming a company in 2006. We have our Tapu and our accountant pays our taxes etc. We have been told that the law enabling us to do this changed this year and foreigners are no longer able to form companies to own property but that this law does not affect us as our company is already formed. We have now been told by our management company that we have to apply for residency and work permits at a cost of 9500 lira. We do not live in Turkey and only visit our apartment once or twice a year. Please could you tell us if this is in fact law or just a rumour as we cannot find anyone else who owns a property in a military zones that has been told this
