Hi we own an apartment in Dalaman, there are 27 apts on the site with swimming pool, 4 years old. Up to now has been great, now developer has stopped looking after pool and gardens, claiming people are not paying maintenance fees.

He basically does not want to do it any more, but has not told anyone, just stopped collecting money or even trying.

There are a mixture of British and mainly Turkish owners. Ihave looked briefly at "Condominium Law" which does allow legally to get a charge put on propertys that dont pay and even enforce sale of property... but that is time and money.

What are the practical legal steps that need to be taken to get people to pay and reinstate the maintenance of the site.
