On the contrary, there was a new legislation "direct foreign investment code" countenancing foreigners to investing. But the Turkish Constitutional Court decided that the article 3 of that code allowing limitless foreign investment is contrary to Turkish Constitution.
But even this judgement will be valid 6 months after publishing in official register. Don't panic!
