If I am not wrong, Law No 1312 was the prior Turkish Citizenship Law and
it should be outdated with the implementation of Law No 403. Anyway,
Law no 403 is the most recent one and if you stick with it in your report,
your report will be accurate and recent. At the moment there are no
other "citizenship" law in Turkey so you dont need to worry about other
articles you have come across.
