Hello, I am a U.S. attorney representing a Turkish company and may have
to argue that Turkish law should apply to a breach of contract case in
order to avail myself of a, hopefully, longer limitations period. Can
someone please advise what the statute of limitations is for bringing a
claim sounding in breach of contract? Thank you very much.
