Dear Sirs,
I am an English teacher based in London. Many of my students are from Turkey and I am thinking of starting a .tr site - with turkish translation - for free.

One of my students mentioned that this is difficult to do as (a) I should have a Turkish company (b) I have to get permission from the Turkish police.

Is this information accurate?
