Hello, am from Kenya, last yr I got married to a turkish resident...his not turkish citizen, we got married in kenya so not registered in Turkey, after 2 or 3 mths he flew back to turkey and divorced me on a WhatsApp message , living me totally in shock and stranded, How can I report him? His a resident not turkish citizen.
