1-You may sue the insurance company solely or the company and the driver jointly.
2- Indemnity claims stemming from the traffic accidents are subject to 2 years(embarks on the date which the victim becomes aware of the identity of the obligors and the damages) and 10 years (in any case).
3.The quantity of the liability is mostly determined due to the police report and the witness statements.
4.Physical and moral damages of any kind can be sought including the loss of a relative, the loss profits, medical expenses..
