We bought a property in 2006 and still have not received our title deeds. The builder said he will apply for all of these when the complex is completed possibly in another year. We paid the solicitor in the beginning, halfway through he sub contracted to another legal firm. These have now closed and we are told that although a soloicitor from their firm has opened up elsewhere and has our files, we will all have to pay again for legal fee's. Should the original solicitor that we paid not be responsible for seeing through our sale thank you
