There is not a specific Act on "stalking" in the Turkish law, however the Turkish Criminal Code governs also the misdemeanors such as stalking, harassment or assault crimes.
In case of a harassment/stalking you may call for the police and make your complaint about the person involved.You may also resort to the prosecution office at the nearest palace of justice;and also ask for the assistance of a lawyer.
