Have been married to Turkish man for 2 yrs, things are very bad at the moment.

I had my own house and car before marriage, we have since our marriage bought a new car and it is in his name.

My house tapu in my name has just been sold, he is now deciding what to do with the money.

My question is: doese he have any claim on the money from MY house sale and can he take the car if we split up, I am not seriously thinking of divorce at this stage but I think the question is applicable just in case.
