I have a daughter with my Turkish husband, he also has Turkish children, so if he decided to write a will and leave me & our daughter out, the law would allow it based on the validity of the will?. If you look up to my above speeches , you will also get enough information.I want to repeat that , a will cannot override everything. So don't worry.And you know ; as your children , the children from his ex-wife are also his legal sharers.There is no need to make another will for them.As you see , Turkish Inheritance Law guaranties all of the rights of holders.
