I am residing in Turkey since September 1998 with student residence permit. I have been in Turkey since then continuously. I have started as undergraduate, and now I am doctorate student and assistant with salary (stipend enough to cover my expenses).

So, I have been residing in Turkey for almost 10 years, with monthly interraptions every year. Can I apply for Turkish citizenship? Does student residence permit meet the requirements of "TVK madde 6"s residence requirement?
What else do I need to apply?

Moreover, what about military service requirement? I am 28 years old Azerbaijani citizen, and I haven't done my military service in Azerbaijan.
