In regards to the qustion about protected assets in a bankruptcy, can a person keep their wedding rings or any other types of jewelery that are not valued much? And what specifically is considered personal property? Can they keep tables, chairs, beds, couchs etc. or a computer if it is needed for work? And is the only property aloud to be taken is that of the one filing bankruptcy? For example, if the husband files bankruptcy, will only the husbands possessions be taken and not the wife's?
