I am a British citizen. Paid builder for my property three years ago, still do not have my tapu. I am concerned that he may sell to someone else. Would like to register a charge against the property to stop this.
I have been advised by two different lawyers that because I am a foreigner that this is not possible. Please advise I am desperate.
