I purchased a house six years ago and have lived in Turkey ever since.I have my Tapu but I live in a military zone I recieved military clearance when I came here but everyone else in the surrounding area was refused .Can I lose my home if some sort of mistake was make in granting my tapu?.Also can I ask regarding the Codominium law do I have to change my tapu if I live on a parcel of land shared by two owners with two houses but with no communal areas?.
