I have a debt and legal documentation agreeing to this. However, the creditor will not identify a property for this charge to be placed on. Is the only recourse litigation ? Is it normal for a deposit of 25% of the claim to be held to secure any assets ? Is it possible to identify the assets and any charges currently held by this person to ensure that litigation would result in financial compensation ? Is their person home included in this ?
