I would like to homeschool my two kids who have a Turkish father and a Dutch mother, after clashing with the turkish school system several times. Is there any, any possiblity, any little hole that we can crawl through so we can homeschool?

We need some more info about the questions below:
Where do you live? Where do your children live? How old are your kids?
There are some possibilities for homeschooling BUT surely some conditions have to be met. Turkish father (who can speak Turkish I guess
may call the Ministry of Education. The relevant authorities under that might be (I will write in Turkish so that the husband can easily understand and take action) "eğitim müşavirlikleri ve eğitim ateşelikleri" or " dış ilişkiler genel müdürlüğü" or " yaygın eğitim genel müdürlüğü." These directorships will certainly show you the best way.
