Dear Konuk(guest),

I would like to answer your question so it could be helpful for other people that has the same question in their mind.

Foreigners have resided in Turkey for at least five years legally and in an uninterrupted manner granted the permission to work in Turkey as self-employed individuals.this type of work permit is called independent work permit.

An independent work permit applies to a foreigner setting up a business operation, and is only available if they have lived consistently in Turkey for at least five years and can show that their business will create employment opportunities or contribute to local economic development. If they qualify, a Certificate of Application for Independent Work Permit is issued. This is valid for three months, during which time the business is set up and the trade register record submitted to the department.

So, in your situation the only way to work as a self employed person in turkey is to build and register your company and work through your company before you can get an independent work permit.
